1) This calendar heat transfer machine is mainly designed for roll to roll,but if sometimes cut pieces sublimation is needed,speed can be adjusted for slower.
2) The belt wraps 70% of drum and it is double pressure.So speed is much higher than the 600mm roller diameter.Also,paper thickness,fabric thickness and temperature can affect sublimation speed.
3) Regular control panel or touch screen is available.
4) It has metal rod and fabric basket.So customers can choose to insert fabric roll into the rod or put fabric into basket directly.
5) Optional smoke discharging system.
6) Automatically move belt by motor and speed reducer.
7) Chrome-plated drum can move your product more bright and has longer service time.Teflon coating drum is also available.
